How we onboard our approved tradespeople
- We visit your premises
- We take a copy of your up-to-date Public Liability Certificate, we insist on a minimum cover of £5,000,000 in case of accidents
- We validate your relevant trade certificates
- We ask you to agree to Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, expected work standards and our standard processes and procedures
- We ask you to sign the HomeServe Health and Safety statement
- A HomeServe Director gives you the final approval

- Plumbers – City & Guilds, NVQs, IPHE, SNIPEF, WIAPS, APHC
