Excess payment(s) will be refunded to you if the claim is cancelled before our Home Expert arrives at your home or if our expert doesn't start any work due to your problem not being covered by your policy.
If our Home Expert needs to investigate the issue to confirm if it can be fixed under your policy, your excess won't be refunded.
*Our team is available on weekdays 8am to 8pm, Saturdays from 8am to 4pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm.
