If you're experiencing multiple problems of a similar nature, such as a dripping tap, leaking radiator valve, or leaking toilet, then the easiest way to make a claim is to just give us a call on 0330 0247 202*. Our team will be able to arrange for a Home Expert to take a look at them all.
However, if you have a range of issues that need different expertise, such as a dripping tap and a faulty plug socket, you'll need to submit these as separate claims, so we can make sure the right engineer is assigned to each job.
Please note that if your policy includes an excess, you'll need to pay this for each problem you have. For example, if you have a leaking tap in the kitchen and a leaking tap in the bathroom, we'll ask for two excess payments to be made.
