You’d need to send us a copy of the full power of attorney (POA) document or Court of Protection (COP) order. Alternatively you can send us the GOV access code for either of these. You can create access codes for each organisation or person you'd like to share the POA details with. Each code lasts for 30 days and access codes have 13 letters and start with a V.
