When you cancel your policy / plan we'll let you know if you need to make any outstanding payments that may be due under the terms and conditions of your cover.

Moving home

If the reason you'd like to cancel is because you're moving home, you may be able to transfer your cover to your new address - visit our change address page to check if your new home is eligible for cover.
